Community Operations Manager Overview Our Community Operations Manager is responsible for a variety of engaging duties. Whether covering a community as interim manager, helping to develop new managers, or delivering a variety of administrative projects, this critical role promotes CCMC’s core values.

What You’ll Accomplish

Work on‑site as needed as a manager (or other open role) and oversee hiring, financials, operations, and team management.

Assist the SVP/VP with Manager/Team Member onboarding.

Manage content in network file locations to ensure up‑to‑date and accurate information.

Serve as a strategic partner for our largest communities.

Perform full‑cycle budget updates.

Analyze and identify issues within teams and support them with resources and best practices.

Travel to a variety of communities in the assigned region to gain knowledge of high‑functioning teams and lend support to others as needed.

Provide weekly and monthly reports and maintain regular Board of Directors (BOD) and Budget/Work Unit (BWU) reporting.

What We’re Looking For

Someone who aligns with our vision and values.

Minimum of three years managing a large‑scale, master‑planned community.

Robust operational background and understanding of community financials.

Ability to successfully engage on a variety of levels, including speaking and writing.

Effective leadership, organizational, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Operate with candor and diplomatically communicate solutions and best practices.

Ability to travel locally frequently and out of state as needed.

Proficient computer skills in a Windows environment.

Bachelor’s degree, designations, or certifications in a related field (highly preferred).

Extensive knowledge of laws and guidelines governing the operation of community associations and governing documents (highly preferred).

Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.

CAM license required upon hire in Florida and Georgia (within 90 days for all other states).

Driving & Physical Requirements If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, you must hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor‑vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify Human Resources immediately regarding any change to your motor‑vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor‑vehicle reports to ensure compliance.

Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.

Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lift and carry supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.

Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.

Manual Dexterity: Skill in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.

Driving: Ability to operate a vehicle to perform certain job functions. An MVR will be requested and reviewed at hire and periodically thereafter.

Compensation & Location Las Vegas, NV – Salary range: $125,000.00–$225,000.00. Full‑time – Director level – Management and Manufacturing – Business Consulting and Services.
