Affiliate Manager

to oversee all aspects of affiliate recruitment, onboarding, relationship management, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and a passion for building strong partnerships to drive business growth through affiliate channels. Key Responsibilities

Recruit new affiliate partners and manage the onboarding process. Maintain strong communication and relationships with affiliates on a day-to-day basis. Monitor and analyze marketing trends and affiliate performance data. Provide actionable insights and optimization suggestions to affiliates. Develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate program. Educate affiliates on best practices and industry compliance. Track referrals and manage cookie-based tracking systems. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, compliance) to support affiliate success. Represent the company at industry events and conferences as needed. Skills & Qualifications

Required: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in online lead generation or performance marketing. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and online advertising strategies. Prior experience in sales or account management. Excellent analytical and reporting skills; advanced proficiency in Excel. Strong customer service and client relationship management abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and solve problems independently. Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Willingness to travel to industry events when required. Preferred: Experience with tracking technologies and platforms (e.g., cookie expiration, attribution models). Background in verticals such as short‑term lending, mortgage, or finance‑related sectors. Internet‑savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital communication tools.
