Overview As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will collaborate with internal teams to support clients throughout their life journey by providing professional, comprehensive financial advice, proactively contacting clients, handling banking queries, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive client acquisition, outreach, and retention to generate revenue and deepen wallet share.
Collaborate with the Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to implement client‑centric marketing plans and generate new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking, and referrals.
Demonstrate genuine curiosity about clients, helping them reach financial ambitions; leverage insights and sales tools to formulate actionable sales strategies and convert opportunities.
Connect with product specialists to provide technical input and fulfill client needs.
Promote products and services to potential clients and refer to other business units where appropriate.
Support branch improvement initiatives by providing client feedback and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance.
Maintain operational integrity required by EWB and adhere to its Business Principles and Values.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
FINRA Series 6, 63, Life and Health Insurance licenses required; must obtain Series 7 within six months of joining.
5+ years of proven progressive financial services and/or retail sales experience, with strong sales results and banking product knowledge.
Relationship management experience with high‑net‑worth clients.
Strong sales, communication, cross‑selling, planning, mathematical, decision‑making, and analytical skills.
Strong relationship management, client service, time‑management and prioritization skills.
Broad knowledge of financial products and services.
Understanding of the business banking client segment and products/services appropriate for Premier offerings.
A strong sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability.
Excellent understanding of financial planning, wealth management and client‑needs assessment.
