(must be licensed, insured, and equipped) Experience installing
standing seam metal roofing systems Ability to fabricate and fit metal components on site Solid knowledge of construction techniques, roof decks, underlayment, and flashing Skilled in tools such as cordless drills, tape measures, safety harnesses, and nail guns Familiarity with sealants, butyl tape, and waterproofing techniques Proven track record of jobsite safety and efficiency Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and ensure proper panel fitting and alignment Strong problem-solving skills and pride in a job well done Bonus Expertise (Preferred but Not Required) Cedar roofing systems Asphalt shingle installations Membrane roofing systems What We Offer Consistent, premium projects with an established company Competitive subcontractor pay rates Mostly year-round work (winter shutdowns depending on weather and workload) Professional coordination, communication, and timely payment A strong partnership with a company that values your skill and craftsmanship Ready to grow your subcontracting business with Armor Roofing?
