Lead strategic planning, development, and execution of a comprehensive events program for Bullish (a regulated digital asset exchange) and CoinDesk Indices & Data. Manage everything from large conferences to intimate client events, webinars, and partner activations. Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute event strategy aligned with business goals: brand awareness, lead gen, client engagement, thought leadership. Manage event portfolio: industry conferences (e.g., Consensus), proprietary events, client/partner engagements, webinars, internal events. Oversee event budgets and vendor relationships. Collaborate cross-functionally to align event content with marketing and business goals. Manage content and speakers, securing top-tier industry experts. Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Event Management, Business or related field. 6+ years in event management; 2-3+ years leadership experience, ideally in finance, fintech, or digital assets. Proven success managing large and diverse events. Deep knowledge of digital asset industry event cadence and structure. Experience with event management software and CRM systems. Willingness to travel extensively. Bonus Skills
