Retail Loss Prevention — Calabasas, CA Title: Retail Loss Prevention Reports To: Store Manager Location: Calabasas, CA Responsibilities
Be present on the sales floor at all times unless on lunch or break. Monitor surveillance for blind spots and areas that lack constant sales associate presence. Greet guests as they enter and exit with a positive welcome and thank-you, contributing to a positive client experience. This is NOT a security position. Write reports for issues that arise and present them to the store manager. Check hourly for empty hangers on display and monitor cameras to determine where product went. Check cases to ensure they are locked hourly. Inform guests of the bag policy. Remain in the store until all guests have left after store closing. Qualifications
Previous loss prevention experience is preferred but not required. Physically able to stand for long hours. Friendly with the ability to de-escalate situations. Take pride in your work. Details
