Responsibilities

Driving Bonami success in Poland.

Proactively look for business opportunities where we can grow, and convert them into strategy, tactics and success.

Bringing in experience and insights from the local market.

Ownership for the country results (not only PR and influencers, but also cooperation with other teams to drive results, f.e. Media, SoMe, Performance marketing, WOW, Buyers, Dev, IT, etc.).

Increase awareness of the brand, our products and services.

Working with our central team to localize marketing activities.

Managing projects aiming to improve our service.

Efficient management of resources, responsibility for budget planning and investments.

Team leadership and cooperation with copywriters and PR manager.

Project management.

Preparing reports and drive conclusions from data.

Ongoing evaluation of activities and processes to provide feedback for improvement.

Qualifications

Are a proactive and responsible person, who enjoys driving projects to success.

Interested in marketing, e-commerce, and customer behavior.

Have the ability to get the things done and you are not easily surprised by unexpected situations.

Have a hands‑on approach, no job is “below” you.

You are smart, curious and a fast learner.

Have a high level of independence and ownership.

Have some experience with leading projects / people.

Are native in Polish and fluent in English/Czech/Slovak.

Good feel for the local market (lived there for some time)

Other Information

When can you join us? As soon as possible.

The work is full‑time with a contract for one year with possibility to extend. Remotely based in Poland.

You will have flexible working hours, we will tell you more at the interview.
