Responsibilities
Work directly with Partners and Principals to craft innovative strategies that shape our clients’ futures
Lead teams of Associates and Business Analysts in executing projects such as (but not limited to) Organization Transformation, Private Equity Due‑Diligence, Strategic Development/Implementation, Market Research & Assessments
Develop client relationships as a trusted thought‑partner and facilitator
Manage diverse and impactful internal initiatives
Play an active role in mentoring and inspiring our ambitious consultants
Qualifications
Advanced graduate degree (MBA, PhD, MPA, etc.) and exceptional academic record preferred; undergraduate degree required
4+ years of experience in management/strategy consulting or other business‑related project management
Business development and relationship‑management experience
First‑class analytical and insight generation abilities
Proven ability to coach and direct highly intelligent teams
Exceptional ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in English, both verbally and in writing (additional languages are always welcome and appreciated)
Polished organization skills, ambition, and ability to multi‑task
