Ten Lifestyle Group is looking for a

Manager, Account Management

to lead strategic client partnerships across Americas.

This role is perfect for a commercially driven leader who excels in client strategy, team development, and cross‑functional collaboration.

You’ll be responsible for growing key accounts, building senior relationships, and managing a high‑performing team of Account Managers, all while delivering exceptional service across banking and lifestyle sectors.

Key Responsibilities Team Management & Leadership

Directly manage and coach a team of Account Managers across Americas, supporting their professional development and performance goals.

Foster a collaborative, high‑performing team culture aligned to Ten’s values.

Set clear expectations, share best practices, and provide mentorship on client‑facing strategy, communications, and relationship management.

Client Leadership & Strategic Growth

Own and expand senior relationships with key corporate clients across the region.

Lead strategic business reviews and data‑driven conversations with C‑suite stakeholders.

Understand client goals and position Ten’s services as a critical tool for customer retention and loyalty.

Shape and execute growth plans across accounts to increase usage, satisfaction, and value.

Account Strategy & Commercial Oversight

Translate data insights into strategy—using performance metrics to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Lead contract renewals, RFP responses, and pricing discussions in partnership with Commercial and Legal.

Ensure alignment between Ten’s services and the client’s evolving needs, while maintaining profitability and SLA compliance.

Internal Collaboration & Cross‑Functional Delivery

Coordinate with internal teams across Service Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Legal to ensure smooth execution and account alignment.

Represent the client voice internally, while reinforcing Ten’s value and strategic contributions.

Experience & Knowledge

5–10 years of senior‑level account management, client partnership, or enterprise customer success.

Experience managing a team of Account Managers or equivalent client‑facing professionals.

Strong track record of account growth, contract renewals, and strategic client influence.

Proven ability to navigate and influence senior‑level client relationships (including C‑suite).

Skills & Competencies

Strong leadership presence with an ability to coach, develop, and motivate others.

Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and solution‑oriented approach.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; comfortable working with CRMs and data dashboards.

Calm under pressure, highly organized, and collaborative across internal and external teams.
