Bakery Manager

Nothing Bundt Cakes , you will lead a team that produces delightful cakes, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere and leveraging a brand that delights guests.
You will receive comprehensive training in cake crafting and career development.

Schedule
10‑hour day shift starting at 8:30 am
Monday to Friday, with weekend availability requested
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and manage bakery staff, ensuring high‑quality product and guest experience
Oversee daily operations, including cake preparation, inventory, and cleanliness
Maintain brand standards and promote the company’s values in the workplace
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; post‑secondary education is a plus
Minimum 2 years management experience in retail, hospitality, or food service
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail; quick to learn new technologies
Food Manager License required
Reliable commute or relocation to City, TX (zip code 77433) before employment

Compensation: $42,000–$46,000 per year.
