About the Role The Director will build and manage a team of Account Executives responsible for a portfolio of Fortune 500 and industry‑leading clients. You will own the team’s pipeline, forecast, and revenue target while driving account strategy, client satisfaction, and team development.

Responsibilities

Coaching and mentoring sales team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Acting as escalation point and subject‑matter expert for complex client issues.

Guiding the development of strategic account plans and growth initiatives for assigned accounts.

Maintaining consistent pipeline management, accurate reporting, and forecasting.

Staying informed on industry‑specific market challenges and partnering with vertical leadership to develop responsive plans.

Balancing attorney “supply” to meet client demand through cross‑functional coordination.

Managing performance of direct reports and ensuring high‑quality results.

Participating in recruitment efforts to expand the team as needed.

Making effective decisions within a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Desired Experience, Skills & Abilities

Minimum undergraduate degree.

8+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience.

3+ years of Sales Management experience.

Proven ability to lead, manage, and inspire a sales team.

Client‑centric mindset with a relentless focus on service excellence.

Strong client‑relationship building skills.

Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

Exceptional time‑management, judgment, decision‑making, and problem‑solving skills.

Superb communication and presentation abilities.

Proficiency with Salesforce.com CRM and the Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation & Benefits The annual base salary range for this role in San Francisco is $160,000–$172,500. Eligible for a Quarterly Bonus Plan (target 75% of base) and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, disability, 401(k) with company match, paid sick and personal time, paid parental leave, and more.
