The senior team has an average of 30 years of investment experience, including prior leadership experience at Blackstone / GSO, Fortress, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch.

Position Description Star Mountain Capital is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Senior Investor Relations Support to support the operations and workflow of our Business Development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys being an integral part of a collaborative team.

Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Business Development team, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, and call preparation.

Assist in maintaining and updating CRM systems; support data hygiene, tracking, and ongoing reporting.

Help prepare materials for internal and external meetings, including presentations, briefing documents, and follow‑up communications.

Coordinate with the Events Team on logistics, materials, and administrative tasks related to conferences, roadshows, and industry events.

Support the onboarding and organization of new client and prospect information.

Facilitate internal communication across teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and smooth departmental operations.

Assist with special projects, research, and administrative tasks as assigned by senior team members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

5+ years of professional administrative experience, ideally in financial services, asset management, or a similar corporate environment.

Superior technical aptitude and digital‑native comfort level essential for success in our highly tech‑enabled, fast‑paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and handling time‑sensitive requests.

Strong customer service mindset and collaborative attitude.

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Timing: Immediate.

Location Must be willing to work 5 days per week out of our Tampa, Florida office.

Compensation The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other economics. Total compensation may vary by role, location, department, and individual performance.
