About the Team The Global Alliances & Channels team owns GTM partnerships for Stripe, including consultants, payment advisors, systems integrators, and technology partners. We drive partnership development, enablement, and go-to‑market strategy to source opportunities and ensure high‑quality delivery.

What you’ll do As the community lead for payment advisors you will drive Stripe’s engagement with the payment‑advisor community, enabling partners to understand and adopt Stripe’s capabilities early in the process. You will develop scalable programs, create thought leadership, and support partner success across multiple industries.

Responsibilities

Define and build a scalable program to engage partner firms individually and broadly.

Engage partners to create thought leadership exchange and deep awareness of Stripe.

Define and iterate on metrics for success.

Engage Stripe field leaders and teams to educate and evangelize the community.

Collaborate with Stripe marketing, analyst, and industry leaders.

Develop and evolve the new role within the A&C organization.

Present innovative payment solutions—including stablecoins and agentic— to partners and their clients.

Deliver one-to-many thought leadership sessions via round tables, conferences, and content.

Strategically engage internal subject‑matter experts to support partner discussions.

Ensure Stripe is included in consideration sets for relevant RFPs and opportunities.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years of experience in payments or operations at a leading technology company or in payments consulting.

Proven experience leading complex payment and related projects, including implementation and optimization.

Experience working with payment advisory firms.

Ability to build collaborative relationships with cross‑functional teams.

Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast‑moving, unstructured environment.

Self‑starter capable of driving business results with minimal supervision.

Ability to identify and pursue commercial opportunities via partners.

Excellent presentation and public speaking skills.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Requirements

Previous or current use of Stripe products.

Industry experience in retail, hospitality, insurance, media, or healthcare.

Management experience leading global teams (direct and indirect).

In‑office Expectations Staff in most locations are expected to spend at least 50% of the month in the office, with variation by role and location. For example, teams in Bucharest, Romania may require 80%, and certain delivery center roles may require 100% onsite.

Pay and Benefits The annual US base salary range for this role is $117,300 – $175,900, with additional equity, bonus, and benefits including 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and wellness stipends.
