Job Summary Self‑motivated Black Belt or Master Black Belt to identify, inspire, and implement Night Vision strategic initiatives around customers, employees, financials, and business processes.
Responsibilities and Tasks
Coordinate across Night Vision departments and third‑party entities as necessary to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of continual improvement
Initiative ownership, project identification and qualification, reporting success metrics, incorporating best practices, and effectively communicating Night Vision improvements
Leading major enterprise‑level Lean and Six Sigma projects, mentoring Black Belt candidates, and training Green Belts
Skills and Abilities
PMP/PMI Certification or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
Education, Experience, License, or Certification
Bachelor of Science degree or an Engineering Degree, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading lean/six sigma projects
5 years Certified in Lean Six Sigma as a Black Belt
Strong background in statistics
Demonstrated ability to lead multi‑disciplined project teams
