We are currently seeking a

Service Advisor

to help us continue that legacy. This position plays a vital role in supporting customers through every step of their service experience—by phone, online, and in person.

What You Will Do

Handle inbound customer calls to schedule service appointments

Ask strategic questions to understand service history and vehicle needs

Check customers in and out, following a consistent service process

Provide updates to customers throughout their repair or maintenance visit

Recommend appropriate maintenance or repair services based on findings

Build Lasting Relationships with customers through Trust and Integrity in business

Verify and update customer contact information during each visit

Utilize multiple computer and tablet systems to document and complete service records accurately

What You Bring

Previous customer service experience preferred

High level of professionalism and attention to detail

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in computers and online systems

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn

Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction

Automotive industry experience is helpful, but not required
