As the Players Club Manager at Borgata, you will oversee and coordinate the development, execution, and sustainability of program improvement initiatives that align with the property's overall guest experience strategy. In this role, you will proactively identify needs and issues, develop actionable recommendations, and manage the implementation of solutions alongside property operating teams to enhance program delivery and elevate the guest experience. All responsibilities will be executed in accordance with departmental and property policies and procedures.**THE DAY-TO-DAY:*** Strategize with management to meet all department, property and corporate goals and financial initiatives through the analysis of KPIs* Analyze data and make necessary adjustments to current strategy to improve guest experience through research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new programs, services, products, and technology to maintain competitive position in the market* Develops and implements programs to increase and improve employee engagement and guest service and aligns with all property and company goals* Create and maintain a work environment that promotes client service, teamwork, performance feedback, individual recognition, mutual respect, and employee satisfaction ensuring quality hiring, training, and succession planning processes that encompass the company’s commitment to engagement, purpose, and respect* Regularly reviews and updates departmental policies and procedures to ensure practices are relevant and up to date**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:*** Bachelor's degree in hospitality, management, or related field or equivalent experience Required* 2+ Years of Manager or supervisor role in Slot Operations or a gaming environment Required* Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays required**THE PERKS & BENEFITS:*** Access to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and more* Free parking on and off shift* Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community* Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentally* Bonus eligible**VIEW JOB DESCRIPTION:****Pay Range:**The pay range for this role is:$61,700.00 - $82,300.00Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
