Overview This is a remote position but must sit in a metro area of GA or FL and requires traveling 2 weeks out of the month within their territory.

We’re looking for a

Regional Sales Development Manager

who can combine strategic vision with hands-on leadership to drive results across the Southeast Region. This is not a maintenance role—it’s a growth mission.

Uncapped potential

Full support system: Backed by two U.S. manufacturing facilities, a National Account Manager, and dedicated Customer Service, Marketing, Inside Sales, and Product Development teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute regional business development and sales strategies that grow market share and strengthen brand presence.

Manage and mentor independent sales representatives to secure top builder, roofer, framer, commercial specifier, and multi-family developer brand specifications.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bring new products and marketing initiatives to life.

Travel throughout the Southeast, supporting reps, meeting key accounts, and identifying new opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

2+ years of success in building industry sales and sales management is a plus.

Proven ability to develop relationships and drive specifications with builders, roofers, framers, and commercial developers.

A strategic, competitive mindset—you don’t just follow trends, you create them.

A collaborative leadership style that lifts others and delivers results.

A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and an appetite for continual learning.
