What You’ll Do
Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to discuss exterior home improvement needs (roofing, windows, siding, doors).
Offer free, no-obligation inspections and quotes.
Educate homeowners on the benefits of protecting and enhancing their home.
Develop top-notch communication and sales skills with hands‑on training.
Participate in fun team challenges and incentives while earning bonuses and promotions.
What We’re Looking For
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
Strong communication skills (no experience needed—we train you!).
Competitive mindset with a passion for winning.
Coachable, motivated, and goal-driven.
Must have personal and reliable transportation.
What We Offer Earning Potential: $70,000 - $140,000+ per year
