Samaritan's Purse is seeking a
Manufactured Home Field Coordinator
to join our team in
Boone ,
NC . You can be a part of a highly professional North American Ministries team. In this role, you will be responsible for permitting, assessing, and inspecting prep work on sites. You will be responsible for the demo/clean‑up of site work and oversight/inspection of deck construction. You will complete final inspections, assist with furniture installation/set up and schedule/lead home dedications. Come and use your gifts daily to advance the Gospel!
A day in the life of a Manufactured Home Field Coordinator:

In the role of
Manufactured Home Field Coordinator , you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him.
Maintain real time awareness of all site activities and all aspects of ongoing projects.
Assist Manufactured Home Manager with the process, delivery, set up and quality control for the North American Ministries Manufactured Home assistance program. Ensure new manufactured homes are permitted and set up to meet state and local codes.
Coordinate water/septic, electrical, and HVAC connections with Tech Advisors.
Assist beneficiary service coordinators in assessing homeowner needs for manufactured home replacement.
Communicate and minister to disaster victims, keeping them informed of the team's work. Handle conflict resolution as necessary with staff, volunteer teams, homeowners or other agencies. Understand and ensure adherence to all safety policies.
High School diploma and one to two (2) years' experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Knowledge of building codes and government regulations.
Ability to lead and mentor staff.
Public speaking and presentation skills.
Class A (Restricted) Commercial Drivers License is helpful, but not required.
Twelve credit hours of college-level Biblical Studies preferred, not required.
