We’re looking for an
Executive Property Manager
who’s passionate about real estate, driven to succeed, and ready to make an impact. This is not just another job—it’s an opportunity to grow your career with a company built on integrity, relationships, and proven systems.
This role offers the flexibility of working as a licensed real estate agent/independent contractor, combined with the structure and support of a team with proven systems for managing condos, townhomes, and single-family homes owned by small independent landlords.
Compensation is based on experience, including a base pay plus commissions.
Once established, our Executive Property Managers consistently earn $80,000+ annually.

Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of properties throughout the Denver metro area
Direct point of contact for your portfolio, including owners, residents, and vendors, while maintaining strong relationships
Meet and follow up with prospective owner-clients who have contacted Grace Management to present our services
Coordinate resident move-outs and process security deposit returns
Oversee the make-ready process on vacant homes
Qualifications
A strong moral and ethical foundation—integrity is non-negotiable
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential property management
Strong work ethic and the ability to self-motivate
Confidence balanced with humility
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while following proven systems and processes
Coordinate maintenance and repair requests on occupied homes
Compensation $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
