Job Responsibilities
Marketing and sales efforts involve promoting company services and developing new business through strategic outreach and client engagement Customer development and retention focus on building strong relationships, meeting client needs, and encouraging long-term loyalty Estimating and budgeting by preparing accurate cost projections based on labor, materials, and the scope of work Written proposals developed to clearly communicate scope, pricing, and timelines in a professional and persuasive format Planning and scheduling include creating detailed timelines to guide team activities and meet project deadlines Cost control involves monitoring project expenses and implementing adjustments to stay within budget Ensuring quality and performance means upholding standards and verifying that work meets or exceeds expectations Timely invoicing and cash flow management require issuing invoices promptly and following up to ensure on-time payments Warranty administration includes managing post-project issues and ensuring prompt, effective resolution of warranty claims Review and understand contractual scope and project documents (drawings, submittals, equipment operations, and maintenance manuals) Ensure quality, performance, and adherence to project requirements, enforcing safety and quality standards Act as a company ambassador by marketing and promoting consistent and excellent project implementation Understand, practice, and promote all company values and operational procedures Education And Experience
