We’re on a mission to make organizing events simpler and more productive with a beautiful and functional design.

We recently launched a new version of our platform, driving a surge in inbound leads. We’re looking for a personable and results-driven Account Executive to guide prospects through the sales journey, deliver compelling product demos, and convert leads into loyal customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Become a product expert on the Diobox platform

Understand the events industry and perform competitive analysis

Identify customer pain points and clearly communicate how Diobox addresses them

Conduct product demos for prospects across various industries and regions

Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and nurture relationships

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base

Accurately document lead interactions and maintain forecasting metrics in the CRM

QUALIFICATIONS

3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development

2+ years of experience selling SaaS products

Strong presentation and public speaking skills

Prior customer-facing experience

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Tech-savvy with a passion for software and learning new tools

Self-motivated, solution-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
