This position is for the Monterey Store located in the beautiful Edgewater Retail Center between Target and Pet Smart.
We are hiring for Sales Consultants who are eager to learn our proven Good Feet Store sales process and techniques. This is a full‑time opportunity with a starting hourly wage of $20.00, target earnings $40–$60 per hour, and a comprehensive training program. Entry‑level candidates are encouraged to apply.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Immediate employment and training
Pre‑qualified leads and customers – no cold calling required
Professional and fun work environment
Address customer inquiries with expert product knowledge
Deliver consistent and exceptional customer service
Engage with customers throughout our product fitting process
Politely and professionally resolve guest issues
Follow‑up on all sales made to customers
Process customer returns and exchanges
Make sales and set up appointments over the phone
Achieve company sales productivity standards
Able to promote new company programs and offerings
Restock merchandise
REQUIREMENTS
Commission‑based sales experience
Spanish speaking is a plus
Ability to work weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Experience with one‑on‑one sales presentations
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Competitive and self‑motivated
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs, bending, squatting, climbing
