Leavitt Select is seeking a motivated and client-focused
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join our MT. Home Idaho team.
At
Leavitt Group , our Account Managers are more than service representatives, they are
trusted advisors . You’ll partner with producers, clients, and insurance carriers to ensure individuals and families have the right property and casualty coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, handling renewals and mid-term changes.
Identify opportunities for coverage enhancements and new business.
Provide exceptional service through timely communication and problem resolution.
Collaborate with producers to support client relationships and growth goals.
Work directly with carriers to secure competitive terms and smooth policy processing.
Qualifications
Experience in personal lines insurance preferred (Property & Casualty license required or ability to obtain).
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in insurance management systems (AMS 360 a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on accuracy and detail.
