You’ll provide critical support that makes healing happen. We’d love to have you join us. Under general direction, plans, organizes, directs and coordinates line management and staff services of specific trades for Resnick Medical Center and surrounding hospital buildings. Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise operational functions of Physical Plant and perform other related duties as required. Responsible either directly or indirectly of a crew of employees consisting of Facilities Mechanics, operating engineers, service engineers and skilled trades personnel. Other essential duties include contractor support for all construction activities on SMUCLA property. Coordinate core building system maintenance and repair with outside service providers for the utility systems. Salary Range: $86,400 - $184,800
