We are actively seeking
Field Sales Representatives
to join our growing sales team in
Wilmington, NC . This is a high-impact, high-reward role designed for
motivated, results-driven individuals
who enjoy face-to-face retail engagement and territory-based sales. As a Field Sales Representative, your focus will be visiting
15–20 retail stores per day
within a designated territory. You will be responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding account coverage, and introducing our high-demand product lines to drive consistent sales growth. Key Responsibilities
Conduct
in-person sales visits
to 15–20 retail stores daily within your assigned territory. Present and promote
Port City Wholesale’s full product portfolio. Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty. Identify and convert new sales opportunities by expanding retail partnerships. Collaborate with internal operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and client satisfaction. Keep accurate records of store visits, orders, and customer feedback. Qualifications
1–2 years of B2B or field-based sales experience
preferred (wholesale, convenience retail, or distribution industry a plus). Demonstrated success in
relationship-based selling
and territory management. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-starter with excellent organizational and time management capabilities. Comfortable with daily local travel and working independently in the field. Monthly earnings of $7,087.50+ , based on performance. Generous commission plan
