About the Role We’re seeking an organized, bilingual
Inside Sales Coordinator
to support sales operations, customer service, and international communication. You will work closely with factories, customers, and the Japan headquarters to keep orders, schedules, and documentation running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices and support closing sales
Enter purchase orders in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel
Coordinate delivery schedules and product procurement
Ship samples and manage packaging/shipping needsMaintain customer relationships
Translate documents (Japanese → English)
Compile sales data and reports for HQ
Support annual sales budgeting
Perform credit checks and maintain documents for J-SOX compliance
What You Need
English (business level)
Japanese required; Spanish a plus
Microsoft Office proficiency
QuickBooks Desktop experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
