As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Representative to develop business in key regions.

Position Overview We are looking for a self-motivated, results-oriented sales professional to build new customer relationships and support existing accounts. This role focuses on prospecting, quoting, and managing customer needs while representing Samirian Chemicals with professionalism and urgency.

This position offers a base salary plus an aggressive commission structure, giving strong performers substantial earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Develop new customer accounts within assigned territories

Grow existing customer relationships and increase annual sales volume

Prepare quotes, pricing information, and product recommendations

Maintain detailed records of leads, opportunities, and activity in CRM

Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and operations teams to support customer orders

Provide regular updates on sales pipeline, forecasts, and customer activity

Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications

Must live in

Texas, Louisiana, Florida, or North Carolina

Sales experience required; chemical or industrial sales preferred but not mandatory

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing deals

Able to work independently in a remote setting

Proficiency with email, CRM tools, and basic Excel

Driven, goal-oriented, and eager to grow with a fast-moving company

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary + high-earning commission structure
