About the Role The

Production Coordinator

is responsible for

overseeing all active projects

and ensuring that jobs are completed

on time, within budget, and to company standards . This role will

manage and support

project managers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and roofing crews while optimizing workflows and ensuring top-tier craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise & Coordinate

all projects, including roofing, siding, and gutter projects, among others.

✅

Lead & Support

project managers, site supervisors, and subcontractor crews.

✅

Ensure Efficiency

in scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.

✅

Maintain Quality Standards

through regular site visits and inspections.

✅

Resolve Issues

by troubleshooting job site challenges and client concerns.

✅

Enhance Communication

between sales, operations, and field teams.

✅

Optimize Processes

for productivity, cost-effectiveness, and safety compliance.

What We’re Looking For

✔

5+ years of experience

in roofing, construction, or exterior remodeling.

✔ Strong leadership and team management skills.

✔ Proven ability to

coordinate multiple crews and projects simultaneously .

✔ Detail-oriented with a focus on

efficiency and quality control .
