Sales Manager
to
drive the commercial success of our AI SaaS products
( Pressplay
and
Catchbase
). You’ll be the connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Revenue, translating customer insight into demand, running the sales pipeline end-to-end, and turning trials into predictable ARR. You’ll work closely with the Product Lead to align messaging, pipeline priorities, and feature launches with the roadmap, while keeping a dotted-line connection to our central Revenue/Marketing team. This role suits someone who enjoys hands-on experimentation, can switch comfortably between PMM thinking and AE execution, and is energized by building repeatable revenue engines in fast-moving environments. WHAT YOU'LL DO You’ll own the commercial engine for our AI SaaS tools: Pipeline & Business Development:
Generate and qualify inbound leads; run ABM/outbound experiments with our agency; lead discovery calls; run demos; craft proposals; negotiate terms; and close deals. Positioning & Collateral:
Turn product and customer insights into web copy, demo decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and proposals. Maintain pricing plays, commercial templates, and sales narratives. Demand Generation:
Plan and run content programs, webinars, events, and lightweight paid experiments. Build landing pages and run conversion tests with support from Product/Engineering. Lifecycle & Activation:
Own the trial → paid journey end to end. Build email and in-app nudges to improve activation and time-to-value. Work with Customer Success to support expansion and document SaaS→Services handovers. Launches & Measurement:
Coordinate roadmap launches that drive pipeline; measure impact on MQL→SQL→Win; build dashboards for CAC, payback, LTV, conversion rates, and time-to-first-dollar. You’ll work closely with the Product Lead to match GTM motions with product bets, ensuring commercial learnings inform roadmap prioritization. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 2–3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS
across GTM, PMM, or AE roles, with demonstrable pipeline creation and closed-won impact. Confidence in running
discovery calls, demos, proposals, and negotiations with mid-market and enterprise buyers. Strength in positioning, funnel math, and performance metrics
— including the ability to calculate CAC, payback, LTV, and iterate using data. Experience building dashboards
and maintaining reliable, clean CRM hygiene. Excellent written and verbal English , with clear and structured communication. Comfort working in fast, lean, experiment-heavy environments. Nice to have
Experience with
AI or LLM products , and familiarity with prompting, evaluation, or usage-based pricing. Exposure to
PLG + sales-assist motions
or hybrid self-serve + sales funnels. Experience with
partnerships ,
alliances , webinars, or event-led demand generation. Ability to build or edit
landing pages
using no-code or AI-assisted tools. Experience scaling mid-market sales from
0→1
or
