Community Association Manager Keystone Pacific Property Management, LLC is a prestigious property management firm headquartered in Irvine, CA with offices throughout Southern California, Colorado, and Idaho. We are looking for experienced Community Association Managers to join our amazing team in the Irvine Corporate Office. The role requires a collaborative and supportive mindset, a commitment to continuous growth, and a passion for delivering excellent service. Summary Manages a portfolio of community associations and performs office and non‑manual work directly related to the general business operations of community associations. Primary duty is to exercise discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance while providing outstanding customer service to homeowners, board members, committee members, and vendors. Provides leadership and consults with clients on best practices regarding management and oversight. Creates agendas for, and runs regular board and owners’ meetings. Works extensively with boards, vendors, contractors, and homeowners. Meets with associations 1‑2 times a week. Manages and assists in special projects. Creates budgets and manages financials for associations. Selects and supervises vendors. Ensures timely collection of homeowner assessments. Complies with company policies and procedures. Responsible for client satisfaction and account retention. Practices Keystone’s core values, mission, and vision. Any additional duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean MVR. Reliable transportation to and from communities. Strong knowledge of the HOA industry. Excellent client‑service orientation. Strong computer skills; proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HOA software. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude. Strong leadership and collaboration skills. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to gain the confidence of association boards. Strong verbal and written communication. Effective organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Demonstrated independence and teamwork. Availability for evening meetings, after‑hours work, and weekend on‑call rotation. Education and Experience 3‑4 years of HOA management experience. 2‑3 years of customer service experience. CAI or CACM certification(s) a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required. Work Environment Ability to drive to communities; ability to sit, stand, and operate business equipment; typical office environment with low‑level noise.
