This Role Is a Great Fit If You Have Experience With: Customer engagement or customer service roles
Interacting confidently and professionally with the public
Working events or assisting with event setup and coordination
Managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
Gathering feedback or basic customer information
What You’ll Do as an Event Coordinator: Engage directly with customers and the dealership management team at automotive events
Create positive, memorable customer experiences
Support event setup, flow, and logistics
Collect customer insights and event data
Represent the company and dealership with professionalism
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation & Flexibility: $25–$30 per hour for this event
ACH direct payment
Independent contractor role
Travel bonuses when applicable
Flexible scheduling compatible with class commitments

Professional demeanor and polished appearance
Reliability, punctuality, and time management
Ability to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

18+ years old

Event Details: Friday, December 26th & Saturday, December 27th
Staffing hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM on Friday (26th), and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on Saturday (27th)
Availability for both days is required
Paid virtual training (2.5 hours) will be scheduled on Monday, December 22nd
This is contract-based event work and not a traditional 9–5 position—ideal for students seeking professional experience with flexibility.
