Great time management and the ability to juggle tasks under pressure. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Creative mindset with a good eye for detail. Reliable work ethic and a team‑first attitude. At least two years of experience or education in graphic design. Familiarity with digitizing for embroidery is extra credit.
