Marketing Specialist – Hunt Electric, Inc. Hunt Electric, Inc. is seeking a full‑time versatile Marketing Specialist to support various marketing initiatives with a primary focus on content creation. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, organization, and effective communication skills, capable of multitasking and collaborating with multiple divisions across our four locations. Major Duties Content creation and development. Assist with creation of content for RFQ/RFPs and SOQs. Manage the content process, including tracking project status and maintaining a comprehensive content‑tracking system. Interview subject matter experts to craft compelling stories for project descriptions, staff resumes, and client newsletters. Produce written content for additional marketing materials such as employee newsletters, event materials, presentations, award submittals, and advertisements. Contribute to social media planning and post creation. Manage Google Ads and other online lead generation activities. Assist with website copy. Support additional marketing initiatives including trade show and conference preparation, creation of marketing assets, and data entry. Take on one‑off projects as necessary. Provide administrative support to the VP Business Development and Marketing. Contribute to a positive team environment and demonstrate dependability with regular attendance. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field. 3+ years of marketing coordination or similar experience. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, translating complex information into clear, compelling content. Strong relationship‑building skills. Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO is a plus. Video editing skills are a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign preferred). Highly organized, able to juggle multiple deadlines, adapt priorities, and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
