Role Overview The Manager, Media Sales & Partnerships supports media sales efforts across Westfield’s premier destinations. This role is designed for a passionate and ambitious individual who is eager to learn and grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing proposals and presentations for media opportunities. Support senior team members in bundling assets for client programs. Administrative duties: manage internal documentation and reporting for campaigns, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, track deliverables. Forecasting & reporting: prepare revenue forecasts, update pipeline reports, monitor campaign performance, compile post‑campaign summaries. Client engagement: serve as point of contact for day‑to‑day client needs, ensure timely communication, work closely with leasing, marketing and event production teams. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 3‑5 years in media, advertising or related field preferred. Strong organizational and administrative skills. Basic understanding of media sales and marketing concepts. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools a plus. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Passionate, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast‑paced environment.
