We’re looking for a Part-Time PR Account Coordinator to support day-to-day client work and help keep accounts running smoothly behind the scenes. This role is perfect for someone with agency experience who loves the details, understands PR workflows, and takes pride in reliable execution. You’ll be a key part of a small, collaborative team, supporting client accounts, editor and influencer outreach, affiliate initiatives, and internal organization. The right person is proactive, organized, calm under pressure, and interested in contributing to meaningful, thoughtful work. What You’ll Do: Support multiple client accounts with daily PR needs Share editorial clips and updates with clients Assist with influencer outreach, seeding, and tracking Support affiliate programs including Awin and ShopMy Maintain outreach trackers, calendars, and reporting documents Help manage interns and keep workflows on track Support gifting logistics and general account coordination Who You Are: 2–4+ years of PR or communications experience (agency experience preferred) Familiar with influencer outreach, editorial pitching, and affiliate platforms Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented Clear and thoughtful communicator Proactive and solutions-focused This is a freelance, part-time role to start, with room to grow over time.
