We are seeking a Tenant Relations Specialist to join our growing company. You will be supported by a team of professionals in other specialized areas that help make your daily duties as a Tenant Relations Specialist easier. Responsibilities Manage Daily Interactions with tenants using multiple forms of communication (phone calls, text messages, emails, mail, etc.) Process and track tenant lease renewals and tenant move outs Manage all tenant files with up to date and accurate records Oversee rent and tenant payments to ensure accuracy in tenant accounts Complete property walks to verify all tenants are within their lease requirements Enforce tenant lease compliance Oversee Tenant Payments to ensure delinquency standards are maintained Heavy phone and email communication and record keeping of all communication Provide tenants with personalized service Ensure all Fair Housing as well as Federal, State and County laws are followed and enforced Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree preferred) Fast learner, incredibly organized, ability to multitask and detail oriented Strong, effective, written and verbal communication skills Must work well in a team environmentKnowledge of Fair Housing laws Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs Experience working with Appfolio is preferred Company Henderson Management has been in business since 1994 and is locally owned and operated.
