Job Overview BIG O TIRES is looking for experienced Service Advisors and customer service professionals to join our Service Centers. Immediate openings are available. If you have proven auto repair advisor/tire sales experience and strive to be the best, we would like to talk with you. Responsibilities Meeting sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability. Responding to customer concerns and repair concerns. Qualifications Demonstrated tire/service sales experience. Excellent communication, organizational, and written skills. Customer oriented and able to respond to customer concerns and repair concerns. Achieving sales goals and budgets while maximizing profitability. Knowledge of brakes, suspension, ride control, tune-ups, alignments, tires, and more. Compensation Base hourly rate: $20.00 – $26.00 per hour. Includes commission plan for service advisors.
