Job Description Most importantly, you will focus on building a relationship, based on trust and communication, with our clients. You will serve as an advisor to our clients by guiding them through their vehicle’s repairs and maintenance. Finally, you will act as an intermediary between our clients and technicians to ensure a constant stream of accurate and reliable information which will further our goal to provide an unparalleled service experience for our clients. Responsibilities Manage client relations, coordinate repairs, communicate with technicians, and maintain accurate information.
