And we’re looking for a Producer to help shape the content production needs our team puts out that garners fan attention. The Role The producer will work within the Fanatics social team to help develop incredible content for Fanatics' brand – with work that ranges from support on larger brand campaigns and digital episodic series to leading production for social stunts and daily social content shoots. A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production of content / campaigns from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standard. The producer will work closely with the creative team, brand marketing team, and internal stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met. What You’ll Do Manage the production process for creative concepts they have been assigned to lead. Develop project workback timelines and budgets, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Work closely with the creative team to ensure that all projects meet the required standards of quality and creativity. Oversee the selection of vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing relationships to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standard. Coordinate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met. Manage the day-to-day production schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard. Act as the main point of contact for all production-related issues, ensuring that any problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Take leadership in maintaining an organized library of video content for future reference. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices, and ensure that these are incorporated into all production processes. What We’re Looking For Minimum of +5 years of experience in a producer role with producing for organic social being key Range of producer work across various mediums: OOH, Print, Digital, Video, Photography, Ecomm, Stunts, Events, Livestream, Commercial, etc. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with vendors, and team members. Proven track record of delivering both high-quality and lower-fi campaigns on time and within budget. In-depth knowledge of the production process especially for video, and social. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines. Someone who is available for occasional travel or work outside regular hours (evenings/weekends for live events). Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., communications, advertising, marketing, or film production). Knowledge of AI production tool. At least a basic understanding of Adobe CC image-based applications. Proficiency in AirTable or other Workback/Project management systems. Strong rolodex of vendors and freelancers that excel in different mediums. Compensation Salary range: $90,000 to $125,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
