The Jewelry Polisher position is responsible for working closely with our Head Bench Jeweler to produce in house jewelry orders.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Polish high‑end material through basic bench jewelry production including cleaning castings, soldering, and polishing with a heavy focus on casting clean‑up
Maintain a highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive routine
Consistently deliver pieces with a short turnaround time
Rotating through tasks for specific production processes
Conduct quality inspections on products and parts
Prepare finished products for shipment
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and follow safety protocols
QUALIFICATIONS
One‑year experience in jewelry production (polishing) preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or other related fields
Familiarity with polishing tools and equipment
Ability to handle physical workload
Ability to work well in teams
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Excellent communication skills who is eager to take on responsibility with a personal sense of accountability
