Responsibilities
Assist the Field Service Technician and Advisors by ordering parts and facilitating delivery to customers.
Assist with general parts warehouse duties such as receiving parts, stocking, and fulfilling orders.
Help external and internal customers identify and procure the correct parts for work orders.
Conduct inventory control in the parts warehouse.
Work with technicians to complete and close work requests and orders.
Research and order requested part(s) using different websites and catalogs.
Assist with incoming calls and counter customers when needed.
Remove and stock items off vehicles.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or GED, or relevant experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience.
Passion to bring strong customer focus to daily operations.
Ability to navigate a variety of online parts catalog systems.
High proficiency with learning online systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
