Avid Property Management is a full service community association management company serving the Tampa Bay Area. Our licensed professionals specialize in the Association management of Townhomes, Condominiums, Single Family Homes and commercial condominiums in Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties. Avid Property Management is a smaller local company that prides itself on excellent customer service. Responsibilities
Following the guidance of the Florida Statutes, work directly with each association’s board of directors overseeing all operational aspects of the community.
Act as a liaison between homeowners, the board of directors, and Avid Property Management; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
Job Requirements
Each applicant must hold a valid current LCAM license
Portfolios are located in the Tampa Bay area
Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Must be able to read, understand, and explain spreadsheets, budgets, and other financial statements
Must have strong leadership skills
Must have strong organizational skills and be able to multi task
Must be available outside of business hours for board meetings and other emergencies
Must have strong communication and customer service skills
Educational Requirements
Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
Must have Florida Community Association Manager License
