Our comprehensive portfolio is built to address the challenges of today and adapt the future, ensuring long-term sustainability and success for our customers.Ameresco currently has a new opportunity for an **Architectural/Civil Superintendent** to join our team in support of the design, construction, and successful implementation of large-scale commercial and government projects. This position will support projects around **Denver, CO**.**Responsibilities:*** Provide onsite leadership for subcontractor workforce, overseeing all architectural and civil construction activities.* Supervise installation of architectural components (e.g., windows, doors, building envelope systems) and civil work (e.g., site utilities, underground piping, hydronic piping).* Support the Project Manager with planning and organizing project work, including management of the critical path and all critical path activities, to ensure compliance with contract documents.* Develop and maintain a sequence of work and project schedule in collaboration with the Project Manager and scheduling team.* Assist in logistics planning and scheduling during pre-construction and early project phases.* Monitor and report on project progress, productivity, and schedule updates.* Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards, building codes, and jurisdictional requirements.* Provide technical assistance, documentation, and collaboration across teams.* Perform other duties as required.**Minimum Qualifications:*** High School diploma or equivalent.* Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial or government construction industry.* Ability to review confidential US security information.**Additional Qualifications:*** OSHA 30-hour Certification or EM-385-1 Certification.* Demonstrated experience in architectural and civil construction, including site utilities and building envelope systems.* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, contract administration, equipment, and manpower.* Proven ability to lead field operations and manage multiple priorities.* Experience with Quality Control management.* Strong verbal, written, and technical communication skills.* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.* Familiarity with OSHA safety standards, building systems, engineering, and project management codes and practices.* Experience supervising window installation and building envelope systems.* Knowledge of hydronic piping and underground utility installation.* Previous work on government or large-scale commercial projects.#LI-AWS #LI-OnsiteAmeresco challenges the brightest, most talented, and creative individuals in the industry by providing an environment that fosters initiative and achievement.
