An industry-leading water, mold, and large loss fire restoration company. We respond quickly to property damage emergencies, ranging from multimillion-dollar disasters to individual businesses and homes. Compensation:
$19.50-$24/hour DOE + OT and On-Call Bonuses! Position:
Lead Mitigation Crew Chief Perks: OT + On-Call Bonuses Paid IICRC Training & Certification after probation Weekly Pay Schedule PTO & Sick Pay Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance Company Car Provided During Working Hours Work for one of the largest and best SERVPRO franchises! Qualifications: IICRC certification or equivalent training preferred but not required 6+ months experience in restoration work, preferably as a Crew Chief or similar leadership role Knowledge of restoration equipment, tools, and industry best practices Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Willingness to be on call occasionally Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed Physical fitness to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in various environmental conditions Job Responsibilities: Communicate restoration processes and address customer questions/concerns Train and supervise Production Technicians Perform scheduled production processes and ensure quality control Identify and communicate safety hazards; establish control measures Manage job file documentation for project accuracy Control project costs Properly manage and protect equipment and materials SERVPRO is an equal opportunity employer.
