Key Responsibilities
Oversee all field operations for assigned construction projects from start to finish.
Interpret and manage project plans, drawings, and specifications on‑site.
Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure alignment with project schedules.
Serve as the primary on‑site contact for Owners, ensuring client expectations are met.
Enforce and maintain strict site safety in accordance with company and OSHA standards.
Monitor daily progress, schedule adherence, and cost control measures.
Conduct site meetings, maintain documentation, and provide regular progress reports.
Resolve field issues proactively to prevent delays or budget overruns.
Ensure all workmanship meets company quality standards.
Assist in developing and implementing logistics plans.
Maintain and update the subcontractor database.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a field supervision role within commercial or industrial construction.
High School diploma or GED required; additional training or certifications a plus.
Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
Excellent communication and coordination skills with owners, teams, and subcontractors.
Highly organized with a results‑driven mindset.
Proficiency in construction software tools and Microsoft Office Suite; Autodesk Build experience is a plus.
Comfortable working independently and making real‑time decisions in the field.
Familiarity with union labor and federal project protocols is a plus.
