CDL A Regional/OTR Reefer Drivers in Lenhartsville, PA . Drivers will be hauling refrigerated freight in 53 ft multi-zone temperature trailers throughout the United States.Peters Brothers, Inc. has built their family owned company on American values over the past 70 years and is proud to have one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry. Come join the family! Compensation Average annual pay: $85,000 to $95,000
Top drivers earn $100,000+ Starting 60 CPM (Includes 9½ CPM Per Diem Pay) Average of 2,700 miles weekly Paid practical miles using PC Miler, paid for all miles
Additional Pay:
Layover pay: $150 Stop pay: $30 for each stop Detention pay: $30 per hour after first hour Seniority pay increase
Quarterly Safety Bonus: $150 each quarter End of Year Safety Bonus Quarterly Fuel Bonus: 1-7 CPM Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $125 for any inspection level Referral bonus: $4,500 paid in 3 installments of $1,500 within 90 days Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance available on first day! Company paid life Insurance & short term disability insurance
Starts first of the month following 30 days of employment
401K with 4% match available after 6 months of employment 7 Paid Company Holidays including Birthday 2 Weeks paid vacation after 1 full year of employment
Within the first year of employmenet vacation time is earned by an accrual process starting the first of the month following 30 days of employment
Paid training and paid orientation Educational assistance program Passenger Policy: 12+ years old Pet Policy No Slip Seating Pre-paid parking for breaks Home Time, Route, & Schedule Home Time: 1-2 days per week, all resets at home!
Drivers can stay out longer if preferred
Schedule: Varies, will work with driver Route: OTR 48 states, primarily east of the Mississippi River Level of Touch: 100% No Touch Freight Equipment Late model Freightliner & Kenworth trucks Automatic transmission Governed speed: 68 mph Dual facing camera for safety purposes
Automatically activated when on drive line
Qualifications Must be at least 24 years of age Must have CDL A license Must have a minimum of 1 year verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience Must have a steady work history averaging 1 year or more at jobs in the last 3years No prior positive drug/alcohol test resultsor refusal to test results No DUI/DWIs within last 10 years No major accidents or violations within last 3 years Must meet Department of Transportation (DOT) testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations Must be able to pass a required pre-employment drug screen Hiring Radius: Drivers must live within 50 miles of Lenhartsville, PA or be willing to relocate for this position At Peters, we treat you with respect and do all we can to make your job easier, we have the lowest turnover rate in the industry at 10% so our drivers come to stay.
