Build customer relationships while creating memorable framing solutions for their art. Help customers shop and find what they need. Maintain a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.
Major Activities
Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies to ensure compliance with laws and standards.
Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships and create custom framing solutions, aiming to meet sales and production goals.
Complete framing orders with quality and timeliness.
Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas, including SISO and replenishment.
Deliver friendly customer service, assist in shopping, and ensure a well-stocked store.
Support shrink and safety programs.
Interact respectfully with others, promote a positive image, and serve as a role model.
Participate in unloading trucks and stocking, following standards within budget.
Operate cash registers and handle cash according to standards.
Acknowledge customers, locate products, and provide solutions.
Assist with omni-channel processes.
Other Duties As Assigned Minimum Experience Required
Basic computer and measuring skills.
Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
Preferred Experience
Retail experience.
Experience selling products or services.
Physical Requirements
Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, stretching.
Mobility throughout the store.
Standing for long periods.
Lifting heavy items and using ladders.
Work Environment
Retail store, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and a glass cutter and heat press in the shop.
Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
Applicants must meet legal requirements. The pay range is $16.75 - $19.70.
