Correspondent Non-Delegated Account Manager
to our team to work Pacific Time Zone business hours regardless of their physical location within the United States. Priority will be given to candidates who live in Mountain or Pacific time zone. If you have at least 5 yearsof mortgage experience in account management, loan processing, or junior underwriting, along with prior experience withCorrespondent or Non-Delegated channels and areanagile and proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and embraces change with confidence, then our Correspondent Non-Delegated Account Manager role could be the right fit for you! In addition to the base pay listed, the Correspondent Non-Delegated Account Manager position is eligible for a commission plan that pays monthly. The Correspondent Non-Delegated Account Manager is responsible for managing loans submitted by third-party originators (TPOs) under the Non-Delegated channel, where the client is responsible for issuing all disclosures and managing compliance-related documentation. The Account Manager plays a key role in shepherding loans through the pre-underwrite and underwriting process, serving as a liaison between clients, Account Executives, and internal underwriting and credit teams. The role requires strong knowledge of credit documentation, clear communication, and proactive pipeline management. Essential Job Functions
Manage a pipeline of active Non-Delegated loans from registration through post-approval. Serve as the primary point of contact for TPOs throughout the file lifecycle, ensuring smooth movement of loans through underwriting. Collaborate with underwriters to understand and communicate conditions clearly and accurately to clients. Review submitted documentation for completeness and ensure alignment with program requirements prior to underwriting. Proactively follow up with clients on outstanding conditions, status updates, and aged pipeline items to meet timeline expectations. Provide support on pre-underwrite and structuring questions to ensure the file is positioned correctly for review. Maintain working knowledge of investor and Arc product guidelines to support credit accuracy and compliance with purchase eligibility. Participate in new client welcome calls and ongoing relationship management efforts. Document communication and status changes accurately in the LOS and related systems. Collaborate with Sales and Operations partners to resolve escalations and improve workflow. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting daily productivity and quality expectations. Strong understanding of credit documentation and loan structuring Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to multi-task and manage time in a high-volume environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Problem-solving mindset with a focus on resolution Professional demeanor and client-first attitude High level of integrity and accountability Education and Experience
