The Banqueting Assistant Manager oversees all facets of the Banquets Department. The Banqueting Assistant Manager coordinates the set-up and service of all functions in the hotel/resort.**What you will do**Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the Banquet Department while ensuring guest satisfaction. The manager coordinates, trains, disciplines, and supervises the Banquet staff.**What you bring**We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service, banquets/catering, excellent leadership skills and strong interpersonal skills. Applicants are required to have two to three years of previous employment in a related position.
A college degree is preferred.
